Hello, I’m Tarzem Shoker, often known as Tarz. Currently, I serve as the Marketing and Business Development Specialist at the University of Lincoln. In this role, I strategically leverage academic expertise for growth. My background includes managing health and fitness facilities across the UK, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving strategic growth.
My expertise lies in marketing, particularly digital marketing, where I’ve executed integrated campaigns and managed brand projects from inception to execution. I oversee the curation and design of content for both internal and external audiences, handle internal communications, and collaborate with agencies for digital and PR.
Beyond my professional commitments, I am a proud parent to an energetic toddler. Fitness is a daily ritual, and I’m passionate about skiing and cycling. As a former Decathlete, I share a history of rigorous training with Alex (Gibson), encompassing running, weight training, and circuits within a demanding schedule. My goal is to elevate CMND to new heights with my skills and experience.
