Challenging MND is teaming up with CBK Essex to host an epic 24-hour Boxing Challenge to raise money for those living with Motor Neurone Disease.

Be part of the 24 hour boxathon! ✨ A £10 donation per person is suggested to support our work — but not compulsory. Your presence matters most!

This is a challenge for all ages and all abilities — whether you box for 10 minutes, take on a longer stint, or join a team to keep the gloves moving for the full 24 hours.

It is taking place on 3^rd October 12noon to 4^th October 12 noon at CBK Essex Gym, CBK Gym, Unit 2, Maltese Court, Rawreth Lane, SS6 9RL.
